The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and people-savvy Travel Expert to join our team - someone who’s excited to talk to our customers about their global adventure dreams, and thrives on helping others find their perfect trip. If you’re the kind of person who lights up when talking about bucket list travel and loves the idea of helping others turn their curiosity into commitment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
You’ll be at the frontline of our Pre-Booking sales team - answering questions, building relationships, and guiding first-time adventurers towards unforgettable group travel experiences. This is a sales role with real heart: part matchmaker, part travel expert, part cheerleader. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the customer journey by feeding insights back into the wider business.
This is a fully remote role based in the US. You’ll typically work between 10am and 6pm Pacific Standard Time, though start and end times may shift by up to 3 hours. The role includes some evenings, weekends, and public holiday shifts. Our headquarters is in London, but our largest market is the USA - and our global team works fully remotely.
In line with our salary framework, this role offers a base salary of $43,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience), with on-target earnings between $61,000 and $70,000 annually, including the monthly commission based on performance.
Where you’ll spend your time:
Becoming an expert and educator in Flash Pack’s destinations and travel experiences so you can guide our customers with confidence and care
Engaging with prospective Flashpackers via live chat (approx. 70% of your time), email follow-ups, and phone calls
Providing support for post-booking admin such as transfers and cancellations, ensuring every interaction is seamless
Taking part in wider sales initiatives such as webinars, Instagram Lives, and new experimental campaigns to grow engagement
Collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Finance, and CX to feed customer insights back into the business and enhance the end-to-end experience
You’ll be measured and rewarded based on:

You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload at pace, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent customer engagement

You’re adaptable and thrive in startup-style environments, rolling with change and uncertainty with ease

Logistics 🛠️:
Our interviews take place on Google Meet and usually consist of the following stages:
Introductory chat with our talent team to see if there is a match (30 mins)
An interview with the hiring manager to hear more about your background and experience and to give you a deep dive into the role (45 mins)
A case study and presentation with the hiring manager and a key stakeholder to see how you’d solve a problem (60 mins)
A culture and ways of working interview to see your ways of working are a match with ours (30 mins)
Some roles may have extra or different stages, but we will let you know as soon as possible in the process if this is the case.
