Where you will spend your time:
Managing a portfolio of existing Adventures and DMCs, you will be the point of contact for our suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of all departures in your portfolio and setting our DMCs up for success.
Support the onboarding of new DMCs ensuring they understand how to use our systems, are familiar with ways of working and have the support needed from Flash Pack.
Ensuring the correct capacity of the trips is fulfilled by securing allocations of hotels and activity bookings with the DMCs to ensure each itinerary has the correct number of departures, ultimately contributing to the growth of Flash Pack.

We'd love to see from you:
You’ve got experience working in supply chain management / relationship management / partnerships.

You’re an advocate for data led decision making and can use insights to drive improvements.
You’re happy to have a varied role - whilst a lot of this role will be relationship building, fulfilling admin and drawing insights will be equally as important.
You can be flexible at times with your working hours - whilst we aim to provide a set pattern, we have suppliers all around the world, everywhere from Argentina to New Zealand and therefore a level of flexibility would be beneficial.
You’re energised by travel and its benefits and believe in our mission!
We’re after the right person. If you don’t quite hit all the criteria, you should still apply based on hitting the majority. Your experience, skills and passion will set you apart so tell us about your achievements, irrespective of whether they are personal or work-related, tell us about your journey, and about what you learnt.
Sound good? Then join our mission to create one million friendships through group adventure – and a friendly and energetic global team on the cusp of worldwide expansion.
